Main research interests in our laboratory are as follows:
- FACE RECOGNITION: Individual differences in face recognition, face perception, face memory, face recognition strategies, super-recognizers, eye movements in face recognition.
- EMOTION AND COGNITION: Emotional expression and emotion recognition, hemispheric asymmetry, emotion effects on attention perception memory, decision-making and social cognition
- ATTENTION, PERCEPTION, MEMORY: Overt and covert attention, eyemovements, working memory, episodic memory and meta-memory.
- APPLIED COGNITION: Sports psychology and traffic psychology.
- COGNITIVE REHABILITATION
- NORMING AND STANDARDIZATION: Development of emotional stimulus sets such as words, pictures and short film clips, development and adaptation studies for measuring variety of cognitive abililties.
